The base powder is neutral so it requires additional flavoring which is why we include a bag of acai powder. It includes a Neutral Sorbet Base dry base in a 3 lb bag and real Acai pulp that is intended for use in a soft serve machine. This bundle comes with enough pure acai powder to flavor the neutral base mix to make a memorable acai sorbet bowl. You can serve the soft-serve by itself or use it to CREATE AN ACAI BOWL BY TOPPING IT WITH FRESH FRUIT, GRANOLA AND SHREDDED COCONUT. Quantity: 3lb bag Fruit Freezer sorbet base mix with a separate bag of 6oz pure natural acai powder.

Product Use
Follow instructions on bag. Mix one 3lb bag of dry base into 1 gallon of water. Then mix in the 6oz acai powder and pour mixture into soft-serve machine. Yields 190 ounces by weight. (For a more subtle acai soft-serve, you can double the amount of sorbet base in your recipe. So you would mix 6 lbs of sorbet base + 6 oz pure acai powder into 2 gallons water.)
