Composed of 304 stainless steel, these auger flight springs are essential to the performance of the entire auger shaft assembly, by helping to push the auger flight itself into the walls of the freezing cylinder. Compatible with
Stoelting Part #694255.
Product Use
The auger
flight spring helps maintain the position of the auger flight, so it may properly scrape any frozen product off of the walls of the
freezing cylinder, thus maintaining product consistency.
How Do I Know When To Replace This Part
Look for any warping or deterioration of the spring itself.
Recommended Replacement Schedule
Stoelting recommends that you replace this part every six (6) months or when you notice wear or failure.
